Star Chart

In order to access the Steel path you must have completed every node in the standard star chat.

You can tell which ones you need to finish by clicking on the Arbitrations tab.

Once all nodes are done the Arbitration missions will be unlocked.

Tenshin

Head over to the Earth relay and warp over to Tenshin’s room.

Talk to him and ask about the Steel path.

Once he’s done talking you must accept his challenge.

Steel Path

Head on over to the star chart and select the new side tab and switch over to the Steel path setting.

As you can see more rewards and bonuses.
