In all the wearhouses there are a few of these crates, but they are loose, so as simple as it is you hit it with your hammer into the elevators in the first then second layer and so on or you can go down.
Once you have got out of the wearhouse on the roof or the ground you can pick up and place as you wish, this is practical for anything you want in the wearhouses.
