Where to Find Diving Suit and Taser

As you can see the first picture shows the exact location of the cave. In the second screenshot I am showing the 2 different directions you must go in order to get the items.

If you go towards the side where I am pointing my flashlight (left) you will get to the diving suit area, but if you go to the side of where the light machine points (right) you will get to the area where the guy with the taser is!
