How to Find the Neanderthal NPC
Here is where the NPC is located on the map.

This location is outside of the map’s boundaries, so in order to reach it you must use mods. (Remember to ONLY use the mod(s) in Story mode though, never in Online mode).
The NPC
Upon arriving at the location, you will see what appears to be a caveman frozen in the lake…
You can walk up to the NPC and interact with him…
He speaks with a silly sounding voice. After interacting with him a few times, he will suddenly become unfrozen, and switch into a normal stance…
You can initiate a fight with the NPC…
The primitive man is unexpectedly skilled at boxing. Once you defeat him in combat, either by knocking him unconscious or defeating him completely, you can lift and transport his body. While you can search his body for items, you won’t find anything important.
