This guide will show you a secret NPC in RDR2 that took players years to discover.
The Location

Here is where the NPC is located on the map:

This location is outside of the map’s boundaries, so in order to reach it you must use mods. (Remember to ONLY use the mod(s) in Story mode though, never in Online mode.)
The NPC
Upon arriving at the location, you will see what appears to be a caveman frozen in the lake…
You can walk up to the NPC and interact with him…
He speaks with a silly sounding voice.
After interacting with him a few times, he will suddenly become unfrozen, and switch into a normal stance…
You can initiate a fight with the NPC…
For being a caveman, he has some surprisingly good boxing skills.
After knocking him out/killing him, you can pick up his body and carry it around.
You can also loot the body, although he doesn’t have anything significant on him.
