Found a way to skate around night city similar to surfing in counter strike.

Fastest Way to Travel in Night city

So I found a way to Skate using the Highway system in cyberpunk 2077.

Most of the highways in the game have a slanted rail. by running at this rail on an angel you slide down it gaining momentum while still retaining your forward momentum, just like surfing in counter strike.
