There are two toys to find in the Cultist Base mission.

Gargoyle Toy
The first toy is the Gargoyle one. Before you break through the first glowing green cracked wall, look for a side path to your left. Head down it and bust through the cracked ice wall instead.
The toy is on top of a massive demon skull. Jump across to reach it, but be careful not to fall off.
Soldier (Blaster) Toy
In the area with the axes that fall from the ceiling. Walk down the path while avoiding the axes. Before it curves off to the right, look to your right for a breakable vent. The toy is inside.
