Declare war on Gran Colombia.

- Bahia
- Lusitania
- Rio Grande
- Durango
- Bajio
- Vera Cruz
Naval invade and conquer capital.
Enemy has a revolution, you get left with their capital. Due to this “consolation prize state” not being connected to my market, it will rev.
