Solution for Dresden Citadel Banner Riddle

I brute forced my way through this because I was too lazy to draw up a logical matrix. You may be able to do this in less steps.

What I did: Put the stairway to the “top” of the screen. The entrance will be to the left, stairs on top, and the stairs end on the right. Direction of the banner will be on the bottom.

This way you will have the buttons like this:

Then press the buttons as follows:

11 44 3 2

P.S. So far this worked 3 out of 3 times.
