Crash When Starting the Level
Step 1
When the game crashes or loads you back to the main menu while you are in the preparation screen, make sure to turn off movies in the settings.
Step 2
If the first step does not work, turn all of your graphic settings all the way down and consider playing in windowed mode.
Crash While Playing the Level
If the game crashes during playing the level, you will need to play the game in coop. To do that, press F9 in the character selection screen.
It is ok if the second player is just idling in the starting area.
