Hammer Build with No Agitator / No Mantle

Easy to Craft Artisan Hammer!
This is the an alternate version of the popular meta set used by many pro players, It trades out 4 clicks of Agitator for an extremely customizable and comfortable set. If you’re not aware, Agitator 4 grants 16 atk and 10% crit, but only during the monsters enrage phase. This makes it unreliable in online play and when farming monsters that aren’t easily angered.

Extremely easy to fit your hammer into this build. Just keep it 15% crit or under! Anything less and you can gem in the rest!
How Does The Build Work?
[Fulgur Anjananth’s Will: Second Wind I]
This is a 2 piece armor bonus, this will give you a little extra stamina bar..why? Because the skill Maximum Might only works if your stamina is full. Spending the extra stamina this skill grants doesn’t count as real stamina, and allows you to keep Maximum Might active at all times!
[Maximum Might]
This skill grants 30% Crit rate when your stamina is full!
[Gore Magala’s Tyranny: Black Eclipse I]
This is a 2 piece armor bonus, this will give the player the frenzy virus~upon doing enough damage the user will gain a buff. With just this skill the buff will be 10% critical rate.
[Antivirus]
This skill stacks with the above skill, granting it an extra 15% crit rate. 25% in total!
[Weakness Exploit]
30% Critrate to weak points, hammer hit head/head weak easy.
[Critical Boost]
This makes your crits hit harder! All your hits will be crits, so this just makes you hit harder!
[Evade Window]
Do you know that this skill adds i-frames to your charge-step? you can now be invincible to any attack in the game without needing to properly position. Just roll or step through everything, seriously.
[Evade Distance]
This makes you step and roll FURTHER. This not only helps with movement but makes you move through enemy attacks FASTER. This means less time spent in the hurt box, thus better evasion!
Most of the skills are Jwls, you can replace at your comfort!

FAQ
Can this build work with other weapons? And if yes, what are the other weapons that are viable?
Anything other than bow and dual blades, I believe. Those use too much stamina to support the build. Would work pretty well on Lance. You lose stamina from guarding, and this would allow you to keep Maximum Might up as well.
