These are just general tips for a SCRAPPER doing these dungeons. These are not full mechanic breakdowns. Learn the mechanics by watching a video or reading a guide before you enter, it’s common etiquette.

Ancient Ruins of Elveria

Demon Beast Canyon

Vazzla:

When marked, run to the edge of the map and drop the pool there. Don’t drop the pools in the middle of the map so that people need to stand in it to deal damage. Downing the boss will get rid of all the blood pools on the map.

No major mechanics to worry about besides this, just keep smacking him until he dies.

Skrill:

Has a lot of attacks that hit both in front of and behind him, don’t take unnecessary damage for back attacks. Avoid using channeling skills or long animation skills when he raises his arms and slams down, as this signals his mine attack and being hit by the mines will knock up. Move with the party when he goes into orb phase, don’t lure the boss away from the orbs.

Besides this, just keep smacking him until he dies.

Necromancer’s Origin

Garum:

This boss has a lot of tail attacks, so don’t take unnecessary damage going for back attacks.

Sigmund:

Stagger him when he does his raid-wide aoe. Scrappers contribute to this a lot more than other classes. Avoid using channeling skills or long animation skills when he’s about to spin, as he’ll just immediately interrupt it.

Just smack him until he dies and doesn’t come back. Ideally only twice.

Phantom Palace

Twisted Monarch’s Hall

Bishop and Rook:

Avoid using channeling skills or long animation skills when orbs appear on the ground, as these will lift you up if they hit you. Rook’s second autoattack knocks back so try to hit him from behind.

At 8 and 5 bars the rook will run to the edge and mark someone. If you’re marked by the Rook during the mechanic, stand behind the Bishop in a line across from the Rook. Clear towers that may block the projectile if you’re not marked, you can break them easily with your abilities.

King:

Avoid using channeling skills or long animation skills when the spinning swords are near you, as these will knock you back if they hit you.

At 15 and 5 bars he does the sword Stagger damage mechanic. Go to your assigned direction and TAKE EITHER THE FIRST OR THE SECOND SWORD. Scrappers will contribute to Stagger damage a lot more than most other classes, your party is griefing if they insist on taking the early swords on classes with low Stagger damage. Stagger him when he does his pizza aoe.

Besides this, just keep smacking him until he dies.

Hildebrandt’s Palace

Queen:

If you are colorblind or visually impaired ask for callouts in chat, don’t grief and pick the wrong door by guessing.

She has a lot of attacks that hit both in front of and behind her, don’t take unnecessary damage for back attacks. Avoid using channeling skills or long animation skills when she raises her arms, as this signals her bombattack and being hit by the mines will knock up

Brelshaza P1:

Avoid using channeling skills or long animation skills when she creates bubbles, as this signals her bubble attack and being hit by the bubbles will either knock up or knock back. Break allies out of prisons if they get hit. Avoid the boulders when she tilts the arena and stay near the boss if you’re marked in order to down the boss with the meteor that falls to restore the arena back to normal. Besides this, just keep smacking her until she dies.

Brelshaza P2:

You’re OP here. When you have a purple aoe beneath you, run away from your group to place it then go back to the boss. Stagger her when she does her raid-wide aoe at 34 and 26 bars. Scrappers contribute to this a lot more than other classes, but don’t be stingy with whirlwind grenades.

Once these mechanics are over, just smack her until she dies.
