Cheese your way into 2000 points in MAYHEM mode using developer-intended options.

Setup

First, go into the options menu. Then find accessibility at the bottom of the list of options:

Afterwards, set the damage reduction to 90 (damage reduction can be set to 100, but you will be unable to die in MAYHEM and thus unable to cash in the points for the achievement):

Now MAYHEM mode should be significantly easier since you take 90% less damage than normal. Collect at least 2000 points then die and you will have the Fruit Blender achievement.
