Super Easy Early XP Farm Guide

Right after the first Gestral village, you’ll find the Gestral Arena on the world map. It’s not hidden, just look on the map.
Before you go, make sure you have Maelle’s weapon from the Gestral Colosseum. It’s her strongest weapon for a fire setup.
In the arena, you fight four enemies one-on-one. Each win gives you a Picto:
- First win: Last Stand Critical
- Second win: Accelerating Last Stand
- Third win: Protecting Last Stand
- Fourth win: Solo Fighter
For the fights, level up Maelle until she learns the ‘Rain of Fire’ skill. Also, equip the ‘Roulette’ Picto you got in the Gestral village. Maelle’s weapon from the Colosseum starts her in ‘Virtuoso’ stance, which makes ‘Rain of Fire’ very effective here. You should be able to win these fights in about two or three turns. If the ‘Roulette’ Picto gives you a 200% bonus on multiple hits and applies burns, you might even win on the first turn.
After beating all four fighters, you can repeatedly challenge the fourth one. If you defeat him without taking any damage, you get over 30,000 EXP. This is a good way to level up early in the game. I used this method to go from level 15 to 30. It can help if you find the game challenging.
