  • Hero Longsword + Falcon Blade -> Crossblades
  • Dagger + Pestilence Flask -> Poison Dagger
  • Dagger + Blood Amulet -> Blood Dagger
  • Dagger + Mana Orb -> Spectral Dagger
  • Hungry Blade + Thorn Whip -> Bloodthorne
  • Hungry Blade + Mana Orb -> Manathirst
  • (Reaper) Lightsaber + Demonic Flask -> Darksaber
  • Gloves of Haste + Walrus Tusk -> Claws of Attack
  • (Ranger) Pan + Heroic Potion -> Eggscalibur
  • Broom + Mana Orb -> Magic Staff
  • (Ranger) Magic Staff + Acorn Collar -> Critwood Staff
  • (Reaper) Magic Staff + Demonic Flask -> Staff of Unhealing
