Basically there are six ending to this game, but you only need five of them for the achievements. The way you decide which ending you get is by making specific decisions in games. Here is a quick fix on how to get the five ending achievements.

First Decision

At the end, of the first stage, you are going to defeat Deadeye Joe, and there is going to be a dialogue between you two. At the end, of the dialogue, there are going to be two options to pick from.

  • 1. Go After Deadeye Joe.
  • 2. Rescue the Research Center.

If you to pick, “Go after Deadeye Joe”, this is going to prompt you for both the C and D endings, of the game. If you pick, “Rescue the Research Center”, this is going to prompt you for both the A and B endings, of the game. Choose accordingly.

Second Decision, Endings A&B

This next decision is based on the fact you chose, “Rescue the Research Center”, and now are coming up to the second main decision. You worked you way into the enemy’s base and it seems you have entered a trap. The traitorous doctor gives you two options to pick from

  • 1. Fight to the end.
  • 2. Surrender and fight later.

First thing you need to do is make a save at this point before you make a decision.

If you to pick, “Fight to the end”, this is going to prompt you for Ending B. End you get to the final boss he will praise you for making it this far and invites you to join him. Refuse his offer, kick his ♥♥♥, and get the achievement.

If you to pick, “Surrender and fight later”, this is going to prompt you for Ending A. No other decisions after this, simply and skillfully destroy everything, and receive the achievement.

Do you remember I said to make a game save before you made your decision? Go ahead and load the save. Select the other option and complete the game for the other achievement.

Second Decision, Endings C&D

This next decision is based on the fact you chose, “Go After Deadeye Joe”, and now are coming up to the second main decision. You worked you way into the enemy’s base and it seems you have entered a trap. (Yes, this is pretty much the same way leading up, you just get different Endgame results) The traitorous doctor gives you two options to pick from

  • 1. Fight to the end.
  • 2. Surrender and fight later.

First thing you need to do is make a save at this point before you make a decision.

If you to pick, “Fight to the end”, this is going to prompt you for Ending C. No other decisions after this, simply and skillfully destroy everything, and receive the achievement.

If you to pick, “Surrender and fight later”, this is going to prompt you for Ending D. No other decisions after this, simply and skillfully destroy everything, and receive the achievement.

Do you remember I said to make a game save before you made your decision? Go ahead and load the save. Select the other option and complete the game for the other achievement.

Second Decision, Ending E

Read this first cause technically there isn’t a second main decision but an optional one. After the first level, where you make your first decision, you can chose any of them. You are going to continue playing the game until you reach the Garbage Basement/Junk Yard level, story wise it was just revealed the hacker is Noiman Cascade and this is where he is located. You are going to make your way through the level, after you defeat the first sub-boss you are going to make your way down the descending corridor where there are six cannons.

Destroy them and it will bring you to the door leading to Noiman Cascade. DO NOT DESTROY THE DOOR. Instead jump on the wall, above the door, and climb all the way up. This will take you to a secret area where a being in blue will ask you if you are interested in taking part in the Battle Area. Agree, and you will take on three enemies; defeat all three and receive the achievement for Ending E.

My first game was Naughty Dog’s Crash Bandicoot (PlayStation) back in 1996. And since then gaming has been my main hobby. I turned my passion for gaming into a job by starting my first geek blog in 2009. When I’m not working on the site, I play mostly on my PlayStation. But I also love outdoor activities and especially skiing.
