When will Wakerunners be officially released?

We are preparing to come back to you, Runners, with a more complete gaming experience. We’ll make an announcement when the release date is confirmed.

What are the minimum/recommended PC specifications for gameplay?

Minimum:

  • OS: 64-bit Windows 10
  • Processor: Intel i5-3550 / AMD FX6350
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: GeForce GTX 960 or AMD Radeon RX 460
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Storage: 20 GB available space

Recommended:

  • OS: 64-bit Windows 10
  • Processor: Intel i5-6600 / AMD Ryzen 1500x
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM
  • Graphics: GeForce RTX 1060 or AMD Radeon RX 580
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Storage: 20 GB available space

After Steam Next Fest ends, will my game information be reset?

All game information for games played during Steam Next Fest will be reset after the test period ends.

Can I stream during the Steam Next Fest?

You can stream via your personal YouTube channel or other platforms! Hit that record button and go share Wakerunners Vibes!

Is it playable on Steam Decks?

Wakerunners can run in a Steam Dunk environment, but it is not officially supported, so please expect the play environment might not be stable. Please keep this in mind.

Can I play with a gamepad?

Yes! Wakerunners is gamepad-ready for Xbox during Steam Next Fest.

Just follow these steps to get in on the action:

How to set up Gamepad

  • Connect your PC and gamepad with a USB cable.
  • Head to the top left of Steam, click ‘Settings’.
  • Click Controller tab in the External Gamepad settings, disable ‘Enable Steam Input’.
    • And if the in-game button UI is not being recognised, go to the Steam Client and select Properties > Controllers > ‘Use Default Settings’.
    • We are planning to support other pad types in the future.
