Cruciball Levels and Its Lessons
If anyone is interested in the idea of the Cruciball levels being lessons to teach you how to get better at the game, here is every Cruciball level and its lesson. These aren’t official in any way, and are purely based off of my experience in the game.
- C1: Some orbs like Stones are bad. You don’t want to add bad orbs to your deck, and you’ll need to add good orbs to your deck if you want to win.
- C2: Fighting elites is good, since they give you rare relics.
- C3: Crits are unreliable. Your build needs to be consistent, so should either ignore them or make them very reliable with orbs / relics.
- C4: Navigation is important. It’s worth clearing a path to navigate through, during fights, so you can make sure you go where you want to.
- C5: Refreshes are incredibly important, you want to make sure you have orbs / relics to always be able to refresh the board if needed.
- C6: Learning the boards and mechanics of fights and elites is important for taking them down easily.
- C7: Wasting gold on post-battle healing instead of upgrades and relics is bad.
- C8: Collecting gold is important, you should consciously try to collect as much of it as you can.
- C9: No matter how good your build is, you will take significant unavoidable damage. Defensive orbs and relics are important to mitigate this.
- C10: Learning the boards and mechanics of bosses is important for taking them down easily.
- C11: Some orbs are Terriball to use. Discard them or remove them.
- C12: Bombs have a lot of synergy and are useful beyond just their damage. Finding synergy is important.
- C13: You should be preparing for the next act in advance, so you aren’t killed immediately by the sudden jump in enemy strength.
- C14: Your defensive capabilities are limited, having a strong enough offence to kill enemies before they get to you / power up is important.
- C15: Having to reload is bad. If you’re reloading often, then you need to add more strong orbs / relics in your build.
Hopefully this guide helped you!
