First we need to Navigate to Users\[username]\Documents\Elder Scroll Online\live.
Next we open up the “User Settings.txt” in Notepad. Search for “Skip Pregame Videos”
And we set 0 to 1 and save.
Job done! Enjoy your 4 seconds of saved time.
