You need to defeat Hush 3 time’s, you can find Hush in the Blue Womb.

Blue Womb appears after defeating IT LIVES with time <30 minutes.

You do not need to defeat next boss. I prefer The Forgotten for Hush, cause you can switch to ghost form and hide behind yourself. (L.ctrl)
