How to Obtain All Achievements / Trophies

This is a guide on how to get every achievement in Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania!
Missions
Clearing the Hurdle
- Cleared 200 missions!
Path to Glory
- Cleared 500 missions!
Complete Conquest
- Cleared all missions! Amazing!
- There are a total of 747 missions to complete.
- While in game, you can check the missions tied to that course or game mode from the pause menu.
Story Mode
Jungle Rumble
- Cleared World 1 in Story Mode! You did it!
Boiling Point
- Cleared World 2 in Story Mode!
You, Me, and the Deep Blue Sea
- Cleared World 3 in Story Mode!
Threading the Needle
- Cleared World 4 in Story Mode!
A Dream Come True
- Cleared World 5 in Story Mode! Halfway there!
Hot to the Touch
- Cleared World 6 in Story Mode!
Looking Spiffy
- Cleared World 7 in Story Mode!
Factory Free-For-All
- Cleared World 8 in Story Mode!
Space Ranger
- Cleared World 9 in Story Mode! Almost done!
Top Banana
- Cleared World 10 in Story Mode! Congratulations!
There are 10 courses in each world for a total of 100 courses to clear.
It is possible to mark a stage as cleared in the pause menu and still get the achievement, however you will not get the mission for completion if you do this.
The jump feature is not part of the helper function and will not affect these achievements either. It is possible to jump gaps and walls making courses much easier to complete.
SMB1/SMB2 Challenge Mode
Rookie Monkey Baller
- Cleared the SMB1 Casual Course without the helper function in Challenge Mode!
Full-fledged Monkey Baller
- Cleared the SMB1 Normal Course without the helper function in Challenge Mode!
Intermediate Monkey Baller
- Cleared the SMB1 Expert Course without the helper function in Challenge Mode!
Master Monkey Baller
- Cleared the SMB1 Master Course without the helper function in Challenge Mode!
Extreme Monkey Baller
- Cleared the SMB1 Marathon Course without the helper function in Challenge Mode!
Rookie Monkey Baller 2
- Cleared the SMB2 Casual Course without the helper function in Challenge Mode!
Full-fledged Monkey Baller 2
- Cleared the SMB2 Normal Course without the helper function in Challenge Mode!
Intermediate Monkey Baller 2
- Cleared the SMB2 Expert Course without the helper function in Challenge Mode!
Master Monkey Baller 2
- Cleared the SMB2 Master Course without the helper function in Challenge Mode!
Extreme Monkey Baller 2
- Cleared the SMB2 Marathon Course without the helper function in Challenge Mode!

Challenge Master
- Skipped and cleared 10 stages using the Warp Goal in Challenge Mode! Impressive!
Secret Achievement
Special Mode
All Turned Around
- Cleared every Reverse Mode!
Out of Season
- Cleared every Dark Banana Mode!
Deluxe Complete
- Cleared the DX Course without the helper function in Special Mode!
The special modes can be unlocked by purchasing them 10000 coins each from the Point Shop.
All can be completed while using the jump feature.
Ranking Challenge
Super Monkey Racer
- Cleared a Monkey Race course in Ranking Challenge mode within 400 seconds!
Complete the 3 Monkey Race courses in under 6 minutes and 40 seconds.
Super Monkey Boat Racer
- Cleared a Monkey Boat course in Ranking Challenge mode within 410 seconds!
Complete the 3 Monkey Boat courses in under 6 minutes and 50 seconds.
Super Monkey Bullseye
- Cleared a Monkey Target course in Ranking Challenge mode with a score of 6000 or above!
Super Monkey Gunner
- Cleared a Monkey Shot course in Ranking Challenge mode with a score of 45000 or above!
Misc
Life of the Party
- Played every type of Party Game!
You can verify if you have played a party game or not by checking the missions section from the main menu.
Monkey Friends
- Used every starting character to clear courses!
Unlocked by clearing at least one course with AiAi, MeeMee, Baby, GonGon, YanYan, and Doctor.
Monkey Stylist
- Changed every starting character’s outfit in the Costumes menu!
Change outfits for AiAi, MeeMee, Baby, GonGon, YanYan, and Doctor from the Costume Menu.
Monkey Artist
- Checked every selection at least once in Gallery!
Unlocked by watching a cutscene, listening to music, and viewing the credits screen in the Gallery.
Monkey Billionaire
- Unlocked all items in the Point Shop!
The total cost to unlock all the items in the Point Shop is 269,000 coins.
Completion
Super Monkey Baller
- Unlocked all achievements! Amazing!
Unlocked after getting the 36 other achievements. Congrats!
The easiest (and also hardest) way to get the Secret Achievement is playing the Marathon challenges from either SMB1 or 2, they’re both long runs but there’s plenty of Warp Goals to reach 10. In my case I found myself unable to complete it in Expert or Normal.
