Ideally do this on chapter 10. Of course the sooner you do this in the game, the more units you can max out, but the idea here is to reload chapter 10 as many times as you need:

• Enable assist option to get more money.
• At the beginning of each battle, pop some divine prayer commands until you get double bounties. Restart battle if you dont get it.
• If it’s only for the achivements, you might aswell turn on the rest of assist options to end the battles faster.

With this you should be getting +50K creds for each battle, by the end of the chapter maybe you can max out 2 or 3, depending on the upgrades you already had and which units. Then reload the chapter as many times as you need.
