If you add Mayor Lewis’ lucky purple shorts to the soup, both the Governor and Lewis will give you a unique response. However, this action will not affect your friendship with other villagers.
In a multiplayer game, if any player adds the shorts to the soup, the secret response will be triggered, regardless of any other ingredients added to the soup.
