New World – Weaponsmithing Leveling (0-200) Guide

There’s a lot more to New World than just killing monsters and completing quests. A large part of the gameplay in this life skill MMO revolves around various professions and trade skills, one of which is Weaponsmithing. In this guide, we’ll show you how to level up your New World Weaponsmithing so you can get better weapons.

Weaponsmithing Leveling in the New World

In New World, there are a total of 7 crafting-based trade skills to choose from. In the game, players can select a profession, which primarily focuses on crafting and also serves as the primary source of income through trading.

First, we’ll go over how to use Weaponsmithing, then how to level up your Weaponsmithing skill without wasting too many resources.

Weaponsmithing

Weaponsmithing is a great way to make sure you have the best gear to face the various threats that Aeternum has to offer. While exploring the world, you will undoubtedly come across numerous resources that can be used to craft gear at a forge.

However, the number of weapons you can make is limited. Only melee weapons can be crafted in the forge. So, using the appropriate materials, you can make:

  • Rapier
  • Hatchet
  • Great Axe
  • War Hammer
  • Spear
  • Round Shield
  • Longsword

Connected Skills

There are a few skills that can help you improve your weaponsmithing. These abilities can be useful in a variety of ways, from actual crafting to obtaining resources, and everything in between.

  • Smelting
  • Woodworking
  • Leatherworking
  • Mining
  • Logging
  • Skinning

Benefits of Weaponsmithing Leveling

The way it works is that the more gear you make, the better your weaponsmithing becomes. You’ll also be able to craft better equipment as you progress through the levels.

Each of your crafted items has the potential to have additional benefits or characteristics. The better your weaponsmithing skill, the better the perks and attribute points you’ll get.

How to Improve Your Weaponsmithing Skills

Using traditional methods to gradually improve your skills can take a long time and be exhausting. Do you require excellent skills and wish to create new and improved weapons as soon as possible?

If that’s the case, we’ll have to rely on power leveling. This is accomplished by repeatedly producing a large number of the same type of item. All of this helps us with Town Projects as well, thanks to the crafting buff ‘Weaponsmith’s Temperament.’

It should come as no surprise that we would need a lot of money and resources.
