New World – Furnishing Leveling (0-200) Guide

If you’re interested in learning more about the Furnishing Trade Skill in New World, we’ve got you covered with this guide, which will go over everything you need to know about Furnishing and how to level it up as quickly as possible.

Leveling of New World Furnishings

Furnishing is one of the seven Crafting Trade skills available in the New World. If you are unfamiliar with Trade Skills, they are non-combat skills in which you can gain experience and master. Crafting, Gathering, and Refining are the three types of Trade Skills.

We’ve compiled a list of everything you need to know about Furnishing below. This includes what items you can make with it, what resources you’ll need, and how to speed up the leveling process by using power leveling.

Furnishing

In New World, the Furnishing Trade Skill allows you to create a wide range of furniture, storage items, and trophies for your home.

The majority of the resources you’ll need to make these items will come from your Gathering and Refining abilities.

Furnishing can be done at any one of your settlement’s Workshops. There is a Tier level for each of these Workshops. The more items you can craft, the higher the tier of the Workshop you’re using.

This mechanic is crucial for Furnishing because each item has its own Tier level requirement. This means you must be at a Workshop that meets the item’s Tier level requirement in order to craft it.

By completing Town Projects, you can raise the Workshops’ Tier level. If you don’t want to do that, you can simply look for another settlement with a Workshop that meets the Tier level requirements.

The player must also have a Furnishing level to use each item. To craft an item, you must have reached the Furnishing level requirement.

It isn’t difficult to increase your Furnishing skill level. The more Furnishing items you craft, the higher your level. However, in order to quickly level it up, you’ll need to find the right items to craft.

Items that use readily available resources and provide a reasonable amount of XP are examples of such items. The good news is that we’ve located these items for you, and we’ll show you how to use them to boost your Furnishing skill.

Other Relying Skills and Materials

The skills listed below are crucial for Furnishing because they are the only way to obtain the resources needed to craft Furnishing items:

  • Cooking
  • Harvesting
  • Leatherworking
  • Logging
  • Mining
  • Smelting
  • Weaving
  • Woodworking

If you choose to focus on other skills and are unable to gather the resources needed to craft your Furnishing items, you can try bartering with other players on your server.

The Advantages of Upgrading Your Furnishings

Furnishing may appear to be a minor skill that is only used to create items for aesthetic purposes at first glance. That, however, is not the case.

Of course, the furniture items you can make are purely decorative and serve no purpose, but storage and trophies are essential.

You won’t be able to store the extra resources and materials you’ve accumulated if you don’t have storage items. You’ll have to either get rid of them or use them to make things you don’t require.

You’ll be able to store all of your items in a secure place to use whenever you want if you level up your Furnishing skill and craft some storage items for yourself.

Trophies are also extremely useful. They’re actually quite beneficial to you when you put them in your base. When you use other Trade Skills, you get all bonuses. Some of them can also assist you in fighting specific enemy types.

Better Furnishing stats allow you to use and store your belongings in more secure storage compartments. Furthermore, larger and better units allow you to store more items with ease.

Trophies and the bonuses they provide enable you to improve your trading and increase your profits. This makes it easier for you to invest in other skills.

You’ll be able to craft better furniture, storage, and trophies as you level up this skill.

  1. I dont know if it was patched recently, but to make oak stain, you need potent solvent, not weak, huge difference.
