Turn OFF DLSS / FSR…yeah I’m serious.
Don’t ask me why, but DLSS and FSR both introduce this really strange stutter that happens basically EVERY second which makes the camera movement jerky and obnoxious – especially in cutscenes.
You can also FPS limit it to 60…seems to only be an issue above 60.
Oddly Judgment didn’t seem to have this issue.
