Ghost of Tsushima – Shinto Shrine Locations (Act 1)

Below are all the Shinto Shrine Locations in Act 1 – Rescue Lord Shimura which is the Izuhara portion of the map.

There are a total of 7 shrines, and two of them require you to have the Grappling Hook.

Golden Summit Shrine

Golden Summit Shrine Location: Golden Temple

How to Get to Golden Summit Shrine: This shrine can be found southeast of the Golden Temple. Start climbing towards the summit and you’ll see a woman who will greet you with a warning. There’s a sign that reads “These torii gates lead to Golden Summit Shrine, sanctuary of Amaterasu, kami of the sun” just to the left side of the torii gate.

Once on the peak, you will obtain the Charm of Amaterasu.

Mending Rock Shrine

Mending Rock Shrine Location: Isonade Coast

How to Get to Mending Rock Shrine: In the Isonade Coast area on one of the eastern sides of the map, you’ll come across the Mending Rock Shrine. Follow the path towards the coast until you stumble upon the torii gates along with a sign that reads: “These torii gates lead to Mending Rock Shrine, sanctuary of Okuninushi, kami of medicine”.

Once on the peak, you will obtain the Charm of Okuninushi.

Plum Blossom Shrine

Plum Blossom Shrine Location: Shigenori Peak

How to Get to Plum Blossom Shrine: In Shigenori Peak, right below the written name on the map, lies the Plum Blossom Shrine. In order to get there, go to the road that is just to the right, southeast of the Carved Mountain Hot Spring, and you’ll see a sign that says “These torii gates lead to Plum Blossom Shrine, sanctuary of Kagu-Tsuchi, kami of fire”.

Once on the peak, you will obtain the Charm of Kagu-Tsuchi.

Spring Falls Shrine

Spring Falls Shrine Location: Kukai’s Falls

How to Get to Spring Falls Shrine: North of Kukai’s Falls, just crossing over the actual fall by looking at the map, you’ll find the torii gates that will lead you to the Spring Falls Shrine. In your way you’ll find an introductory sign as usual that reads “These torii gates lead to Spring Falls Shrine, sanctuary of Mizu-no-Kami, kami of water”.

Once on the peak, you will obtain the Charm of Mizu-no-Kami.

Arrow Peak Shrine

Arrow Peak Shrine Location: Sakimori Overlook

How to Get to Arrow Peak Shrine: The Arrow Peak Shrine can be found north of Sakimori Overlook on a high peak with burned bridges. As you walk around the road you’ll see a sign that says “These torii gates lead to Arrow Peak Shrine, sanctuary of Inari, kami of agriculture.”

Once on the peak, you will obtain the Charm of Inari.

Stone Dragon Shrine

Stone Dragon Shrine Location: Wolf Cub Falls

How to Get to Stone Dragon Shrine: From Wolf Cub Falls, travel all the way to the southwest edge of the map to find the Stone Dragon Shrine. Once your close a sign will greet you saying “These torii gates lead to Stone Dragon Shrine, sanctuary of Susanoo, kami of storms”.

Once on the peak, you will obtain the Charm of Susanoo.

Winding Mountain Shrine

Winding Mountain Shrine Location: Fallen Outpost

How to Get to Winding Mountain Shrine: Just around the Fallen Outpost, northeast from Exile’s Bluff, you’ll stumble upon the Winding Mountain Shrine. The sign outside will greet you with the following message: “These torii gates lead to Winding Mountain Shrine, sanctuary of Izanagi, kami of creation”.

Once on the peak, you will obtain the Charm of Izanagi.
