How to Fix High Frames Stutter (No Mods / No Downloads)
If you play Fallout: New Vegas with a high frame rate, you may experience extreme stuttering when strafing and moving your aim at the same time.
Other guides addressing this problem usually involve downloading mods or script extenders, this requires none of that.
The Fix
Just run your monitor at 60 FPS!
- Right Click Desktop>Display Settings>Scroll Down to Advanced Display Settings>Set FPS to <=60.
- Problem solved!
