Cyberpunk 2077 – AMD CPU Low Utilization Fix (15% FPS Boost) / HEX Edit That Actually Works!

It’s a very easy fix. It bypasses Intel’s CPU brand check by editing hex values.

AMD CPU Low Utilization Fix

CDPR used the Intel’s compiler which LOWERS the CPU performance of the game if your CPU is not Intel. This guide shows you how to disable that CPU brand check made by Intel.

A reddit user found a very simple solution to BOOST your FPS by 10-15%. If you’re not CPU bootlenecked, it still boosts your 1% lows by 15%.

• Download HEX Editor here!

Exctract it to a folder you can easily access. Run HxD64. File –> Open –> C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64 (or wherever you installed the game). Press CTRL + F —> Hex Values.

Look for this:

• 75 30 33 C9 B8 01 00 00 00 0F A2 8B C8 C1 F9 08

Change it to this:

• 74 30 33 C9 B8 01 00 00 00 0F A2 8B C8 C1 F9 08

(Don’t mind the line breaks, just copy and paste). Press CTRL +S to save!

Run the game, you’ll either get 10-15% FPS boost or your FPS drops will be much less noticable because your 1% average higher.
