How to Fix Game Not Starting Issue
For those who tried everything
Well, in my case DirectX was broken, some other games did work but not this one.
- Press [WIN] + [R].
- Type “dxdiag”.
- Go to screen.
- If your states are different follow the guide.
- Make a full Clean install of Windows, your DirectX is broken.
- Download Windows 10 to a bootable Stick.
- Reinstall Windows.
