Get your stealthest ranged character be all sneaky like and destroy all the eggs.
After your done that destroy one of the web walk ways that the matriarch is walking on (fire arrows are your friend regular shots work too).
She’ll fall taking 30 or more damage, have gale use dagger storm, and astarion’s sneak attacks and use a good tank or ranger pets and caster familers to surround and threaten the matriarch.
And pray to god you can kill her before she goes all barbarian rage on your tookus.
