A simple molotov from A Ramp to clear anyone on top of balcony. Very new strategy, so most will be unprepared. Sorry for the unprofessional photography, inclusion of cl_showpos 1 was intended to help with positioning if some of you were struggling.
Setup
To set up, you will stand at this position (as seen from A Ramp).
Look here to align your body placement. In this image, I am looking directly down and my crosshair is somewhat hidden, but just look within the region designated by the blue line and you will be just fine.
Throwing
Throw as you see this part of the step disappear underneath you.
