Mind the Skill Gap

Observe the logo of a buttoned-up mining company.

Load up Tip of the Spear on any difficulty, at Rally Point Alpha. Drive around the corner and then work your way across the bridge. Once you make it to the other side, take a left and at the top of the stairs you should see the following logo:

Looking at this mining company logo for a few seconds should trigger the unlock.

This Easter Egg is referencing the BXR button combo from Halo 2 that made for quick kills. The logo represents the positions of the buttons (hence “buttoned-up mining company”) and the achievement name is referencing the skill gap between those who knew the combo and those who didn’t.
