Blasphemous – Homeward Bone / How to Teleport to Your Last Checkpoint (Prie Dieu)

This is a quick guide on how to return to your last visited Prie Dieu Altar. This needs no item – it’s just something you might not have considered.

• Go to your map screen an choose “Game Options” (Keyboard: K or Xbox-Controller: X)
• Choose “Exit to Main Menu”
• Resume your game
• Congratulations, that’s it! Note that your Bile Flasks arent filled jet!

Some Uses

The game doesn’t save your exact position, but your last used Prie Dieu and the changes in the world. This is especially hepful if you just want to collect an item or your dropped guilt and return to somewhere else fast…

You could also use a checkpoint, alter the position of an elevator, quit and resume – and have you and the elevator on the positions you want them to be.

This also works with the Quest for the last Mea Culpa Shrine, where you have to slay thee specific enemies and return without regular teleporting or dying. You could use the Prie Dieu next to the final Mea Culpa Shrine, collect all thee monsters – and homeward bone right back!
