Well, i got many attempts to caught this car, and i see some ways to do this…
Before he get into highway, you must get lucky to spawn 2 cars before it, he will slow down a little, after this, you must perfectly take the twists, in my attempt i threw him down from highway by accident, to my surprise, he just came into this script, which accelerates him to the tunnel and he was shot in the air, like here:
By radar I found him in a nearby park, he stays and does not even try to move or leave the car when I pulled closer his car was just exploded so, its impossible to take him out other way…
