Total Esports Action Manager – How to Fire an Athlete

This is a quick guide to explain how the hiring and firing of athletes works.

Step #1: Hire an Athlete

You cannot fire a new athlete until you have another to replace them with.

If you have the budget, you may hire a new athlete at anytime in the Training Room.

Click the ‘Hire New” buttons at the bottom of the athlete list on the left.

You have two reserve spots for new athletes.

If your goal is to fire a particular athlete, then choose a new athlete for the same Lane. E.g. Athlete is a Support, replace them with another Support.

Step #2: Fire an Athlete

Make sure you have at least one athlete in reserve who has the same Lane as the athlete you would like to fire.

Select the athlete from the Training Room that you would like to fire, now place them in front of the EXIT door and click ‘OKAY’ to fire them. (or ‘CANCEL” if it was an accident).

This cannot be undone, they are gone for good.
Now the athlete in reserve will take their place on the TEAM!
