Getting all 58 files can be an arduous task, especially since some of these files can be easily missable. Please note that to collect all files, you have to play all 4 scenarios. Each 2nd run contains exclusive files to both Leon and Claire. You do not have to read all the files for the trophy to register but I did not test this out so YMMV. You do not need to collect every single file if you forgot one. Just the ones you missed. Each character starts out with a file so don’t forget about that.
