How to Save Your Progress
Sick of losing progress when you turn off your game? We explain the difference between the two different save types that are available within Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot.
Auto Saving
The primary method of saving in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is through Auto Saving, which will atomically save your progress after completing a mission, a battle, or simply reaching a checkpoint.
How-To Save Manually
While AutoSave is a great method for saving your progress in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, you may find that it isn’t always reliable and can sometimes be a bit of a pain as it primarily only saves once you reach.
For this reason, getting the AutoSave to appear when you need isn’t always possible and is one of the main reasons why many have opted to save their progress manually.
In order to Manual Save, make your way to the Menu and select the System option. From here, press Save and select the Save Data slot you wish to use. It is also worth noting that you can not restore any save files that have been overwritten.
