When is the release of Tiny Thor?

Tiny Thor will be released on Windows PC on June 5th, 2023.

Is there a Tiny Thor demo?

Yes, the current demo entails five levels from the actual game, the first three levels, a late chapter one level and a challenge level which needs to be unlocked by finding secret gems in-game. The Demo will be removed once the game releases, so play it while you can!

What were your inspirations?

We grew up with game systems like the Sega Master System, NES or the Commodore Amiga and C64. With Tiny Thor, we wanted to create a game we would have loved to play back in the good old times!

Who composed the music?

Chris Hülsbeck and Fabian Del Priore, the Soundtrack will also be available as part of a Deluxe Edition by Release.

How long is the campaign?

Depending on whether you want to go for all collectibles or not, the main campaign will last for 10-20 hours.

Is there multiplayer or co-op?

There is no multiplayer or co-op, it is a pure single-player experience.

Will there be achievements?

Yes, there are 45 achievements which can be claimed by doing various in-game tasks.

How much RNG is in the game?

Tiny Thor is a skill-based old school platformer without any kind of RNG or bad luck.

How much will the game cost? Will there be any special editions?

Tiny Thor will be available for €19.99/£16.75/$19.99 USD/$25.99 CAD on Windows PC via Steam on June 5.

Tiny Thor Ragnarok n’ Roll Edition, including the game and the official soundtrack, will also be available for €25/$25 USD.

A special launch offer will allow you to purchase both versions of the game with a 10% discount during the first week.

Technical Questions

Does it support controller / keyboard?

Yes, Tiny Thor can be played in the way you prefer, either with Keyboard alone, Keyboard and Mouse or any of the common gamepads.

Can I remap controls?

Yes, Tiny Thor comes with predefined controls for Gamepads and Keyboard/Mouse which can be completely remapped.

Does it support 4K / Ultrawide monitors?

Partially, the game supports higher resolutions, but will not natively scale on Ultrawide Monitors.

Does it run at 60 FPS?

The game should run at stable 60 FPS on all machines, to ensure fluid platformer gameplay.

What engine did you build it in?

Tiny Thor is built in its own custom engine.

Are there any plans to support Linux / Mac?

Linux / Mac ports are not planned. The game will, however, also be ported to the Nintendo Switch.

Will there be modding support?

There is currently no plan to add modding support to Tiny Thor.
