Q: I wish there were more diverse coaches. The current number of coaches is too limited.

  • A: Thank you for your feedback! We plan to gradually introduce new coaches in the future.

Q: How about increasing the rewards for the Arcade 3-point game? I’m not sure how many people use it, but there might be fewer people enjoying it. It would be great to offer special titles or avatars as rewards.

  • A: Thank you for your feedback! We will also consider offering special rewards for those who achieve the highest scores in the 3-point contest mode within a certain period.

Q: We need to prevent stalling the ball when there are 20 seconds left. The game effectively ends with around 25 seconds remaining. Some measures are necessary.

  • A: We understand your concern. While delaying the game near the end is a fair strategy that players could use, we will consider making the end of the game more dynamic, with a greater chance for random occurrences and a wider variety of possible outcomes than currently exist.

Q: It’s annoying that the club chat resets every time we reconnect to the game. Also, please display who has left the club.

  • A: We will consider optimizing the overall functionality of clubs in future updates. Thank you!

Q: Considering the number of NBA teams, does it make sense to release only one mascot per season? Shouldn’t mascots be available for purchase separately in the shop?

  • A: Thank you for your feedback! We will consider introducing a more diverse range of mascots going forward.

Q: Why make events on specific players knowing that the event will tank that player’s price and inflate the market? Why not make the players gotten in events random?

  • A: Our events will regularly feature different players, not just focus on a few. You can look forward to the in-game events in mid-September!

Q: You should be adding a cap to prices. This would make more people play because they can test out their favorite player in game, it’s ridiculous that there’s 10 million coin cards. How is a f2p player meant to rank that up or even get it?

  • A: Thank you for your advice. In the future, we will adjust the maximum price of players to create a more reasonable value range.

Q: Events that give you clothes/shot effects, shot effects and clothing unique to specific teams would be awesome.

  • A: We appreciate your suggestion and will consider it, similar to the St. Patrick’s Day event we had previously.

Q: If you’re going to let cards strength abuse, at least give us a take charge option so we have a way to skillfully counter. There’s no skill expression in bulldozing through with no counter play.

  • A: Thank you for your feedback. For players with higher strength stats, we recommend maintaining some distance while defending them to allow for a buffer space.

Q: Club (guild) wars set at a specific time during the week where similar ranked clubs play matches for rankings. None of that simulated stuff, real time PvP. If they don’t show up, they lose, just like all other competitive mobile games. There will be competitive guilds and farming guilds, but this prolongs the life of the game and serves purpose to those who want to be designed big men or guard to continue working on their craft.

  • A: We’ve noticed the strong sense of community among our players who enjoy teamwork and playing with club friends. We’re grateful for your enthusiasm, and we are considering organizing club tournaments, which we hope to launch in the second half of the year.

Q: Allow us to design our own card. Give us nba 2K create a player mode where we design the look, attributes, skills, moves, etc in a never ending grind. We’re mobile game players, we know how this works.

  • A: Thank you for your interest! We will consider exploring this feature in future updates.

Q: Add more role players like Derrick white.

  • A: In future versions, we plan to introduce more players with different positions and gameplay styles. Thank you for your ongoing support!

Q: Hall of fame rank mode should be restricted to solo queue, not team of 2 or 3. For rank, people can team up until Hall of fame and from that point on it should be limited to solo queue. This is to prevent people from teaming up and dominate the game which spoil the fun for majority of the people.

Each gamer can indicate their preferred position and secondary preferred position. Then the server can matchmake and team 3 people up according to their preferred playstyle.

  • A: In the matchmaking system, we will do our best to separate trio players from solo and duo players. We will also consider optimizing the overall matchmaking rules, perhaps matching players based on their positional preferences in the future.

Q: Paywall cards should be in the star studded draft pool to increase availability. I believe that you guys need to include the new players like wemby and banchero and ant man in star studded pool so we have more circulation. It’s impossible to get R7 of those cards and to have their full potential to try out. Most people can only get up to r3 for these cards and those who buy spending hundreds can only get a R6. Because of this many people say these cards the new ones like ant man are mikal are mid and almost useless because other cards are like them but better. For example mikal is like pg13 only with a block but his offense is compromised. Ant man is a mini Giannis who without is dominance can get blocked easy unless he’s R6 and above. Maybe if more of. These cards are circulating more people are R7 them and use them in meta and discover some dormant strategies no one else has. These cards have potential especially banchero but at only R2 to R4 it’s not nearly enough to unlock full potential. Epic cards need at least R5 to be able to get an idea of their full potential. Only legendary cards can hold their own at R2 to R3 letting us know their potential at higher ranks. Right now I trialed a R2 mikal and feel that he’s a weak pg13. I trialed a R2 sangun and feel he’s useless. I feel R2 ant man is like a weak Donovan that can’t shoot. I’m only satisfied with banchero but his lack of defense is a liability and I would like to see how much better his defense can be at higher ranks like 5. I think we should have some choices of a R5 trial card on the 4 new epic cards.

  • A: Your feedback is very insightful. We understand your concerns and suggestions. We will take them into greater consideration when designing players and determining their attributes. We will gradually consider adding these paid players to the free card pool in the future. Additionally, we plan to gradually change the current reward structure, aiming to make it so that players can purchase most players in the market by saving up coins.

Q: The lack of updates and content in this game is alarming. People love this game, at least the idea of it. I’ve had a lot of friends stop playing this game because of how “boring” it is due to its lackluster content and, of course, its P2W nature. Create more events and put effort in then. I like the new Olympics event where you can get Jokic at the end this really made a lot of players actually play for something. We need more of those, and events that of course has nice and appropriate rewards. Keep the game alive please.

Q: Will you guys add new characters like Chet Holgrem, Bol Bol anytime soon???

  • A: We’re excited to announce that new players are being prepared. Please look forward to the update next month.

Q: Why are all these “new” players pay entry it makes literally no sense for these players to be pay entry and they’re not even good

  • A: We value your feedback and will gradually consider adding these paid players to the free card pool in the future.

Q: Why make it where you can only play club trial players for only 3 games?

  • A: We understand your concerns and appreciate your feedback. The three-game limitation of trial players is enforced to ensure fairness. We want to prevent some players from using overpowered club trial players too long to reach a rank they may not belong to, which would be unfair to those who work hard to develop their players.

Q: Revert the trial card period to 2 hours, but you cannot trial the same card within the same week. You see, we aren’t trying to abuse the monetary system and play cards for free everyday in ranked without having to buy them. We genuinely just want to try new cards for more than 3 games.

  • A: In the future, we will be making reasonable adjustments to the club trial players feature. Thank you for your feedback.

Q: “Lucky Shot” is another scam. Proper. I lost fair amount of valuable and rare cards in the process. Recently I failed a 75% lucky shot losing almost 15M and no clear way on how to recover.

  • A: Thanks for your feedback. For lucky shot, there’s always a chance of failure, unless you’ve collected enough player cards that it’s 100% guaranteed. In this case, you may want to wait until you have enough players before advancing.

Q: Are you going to fix the pass and dunk bug/glitch? For people that prefer playing dynasty mode, there are some players that abuse of this glitch and makes people left this mode. For example, this season number one is the same as the last season, only because he press pass and dunk with butler (Message from a top 5 all seasons)

  • A: We are committed to improving your experience and will address this issue in future versions as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!

Q: What’s the point of a new card that’s perpetually zero inventory?? I have never seen a level 5 ANT, sengun, wemby…if you see necessity in reducing our chances of using the players we main at superstar level, shouldn’t you at least make as many options actually available to try? Not everything needs to be a cash grab. It’s more likely your fans will get bored and move on to other games than spend huge sums to MAYBE get enough cards to get only an r2 or r3 player they can’t then use in 3v3.

  • A: We’ve received your suggestion and have already begun implementing it! We’ve launched a new event in S4 where you can obtain new players. This event is slightly less difficult than the the previous Olympics event, and in the future, players will also be able to obtain new cards by completing certain matches and tasks. This event is expected to launch in mid-September, so please stay tuned!

Q: About gameplay: In 3on3 it is hard to balance gameplay, as many teams choose 2 C and Giannis. If opponent team has at least 1 guard, game gets broken. Giannis is fast as guards, and has little problem guarding any guard, and will dunk on them every single time. The Solution is simple: team can not have 2 players in same position.

Q: Ever since Gobert won his 4th DPOY I felt like he should get a Buff for his defenses so my question is, how do you know when to buff players?

  • A: We are dedicated to providing you with the best gaming experience possible. Player balance adjustments are based on extensive testing and calculations, as well as comprehensive analysis of player feedback. You can look forward to ongoing balance adjustments in the future.

Q: Consider a “dunk contest” mode.

  • A: We truly appreciate your suggestion and will carefully consider adding new modes in the future.

Q: The rewards for high ranks or HOF players is a joke 300,000 coins is nothing and also it’s not making the players do more progress.

  • A: We understand this is an issue, and we’ve noticed the lack of rewards at higher ranks. We plan to address this in the future, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

Q: The Dynasty Rank system is a good concept in a basketball game, but it still has some nagging issues, like the LeBron James bug, which the developers claimed is part of the game. I don’t understand how that can be considered normal. There are also issues with the accuracy of the court’s back and side lines, and the AI is poor.

  • A: We will continue to optimize and refine Dynasty mode to enhance your experience. Thank you for being a part of our community!

Q: Luka doesnt have shamgod and ultra long layup! Not only does he know how to do it in real life but he has tons of video examples of him doing it in game along with training with the one who invented it. Also his exclusive is literally an example of a long range layup. Theres a clear reason why hes THE worse legendary in the game. Please buff him not by just shooting stats. his stepback animation is way too slow short distance (going right stepback does a diagonal direction) he needs better dribble moves. FIX PLS

Q: In Dynasty and hoop hustle, Is there no way to make the computers play well? They play horribly and I’d much rather them play on the highest difficulty setting possible so that winning and losing is up to the player being better at the game, not at cheesing the dumb bots. Make them more prone to take open shots and to pass to who’s open on offense. On defense make them stop watching the attacker move away from them to take an open shot. They need to try to stay in front more. That’s a start.

Q: The shot meter should hold more weight. As A James Harden, I Face ( Jayson Tatum/Giannis/Anthony Davis) Lineups 85% Of The Time…For Me Too Have To Work So Hard Too Get A Wide Open Shot ,Finally Get One , I Notice Every Time I Shoot My First Shot ( A Wide open Perfect Blue Increase Shot) It Bricks , That’s Crazy….Not Only Does That Happen, But The Opposite Team Can Make Every Single One Of There Wide Open Shots & Even Moderates is Absolutely Insane.. The Shot Meter Should Definitely Be Better In This Game

Q: Impossible challenges for the Paris event: Your telling us to get a 360 points in the 3 point challenge but that’s not even what SGA does and he’s not consistent on shooting 3s pls give us challenges that are easy for each player.

  • A: We acknowledge that the Paris showdown event is quite challenging, and in the future, we will introduce events with varying difficulty levels where players can obtain new players.

Q: This Paris Showdown event is strange. It’s nice that they give out free trial cards, but it doesn’t make sense that you have to complete the missions with that specific player. They should have removed the player restriction for the missions. Just being able to try out the card should be enough. How long do they expect us to keep using only that card?

  • A: Completing tasks will earn you Paris Showdown badges, and collecting a certain number of such badges will allow you to obtain players, with the highest reward being a legendary card. If you enjoy trial cards, we will periodically release more trial cards for different players!

Q: Create events such as prize spins or top up bonuses

  • A: We will be considering this feedback. Thank you!

Q: Please fix the defense on this game please u can just sit there and run around in front of someone and not play defense and they wont get crossed up thats not fair players can just stand there and play defense without playing actual defense and if u dont press the defense button u basically wont get crossed over please fix this.

  • A: We understand your concern, and we’d like to explain the current approach: we want to ensure that the defender’s ability to keep pace with the offensive player plays a crucial role in determining the outcome of the game. Beyond offense, it’s important to us that players have a rewarding and engaging experience on defense as well.

Q: New easy ways to acquire these new epic players: My feedback here is about how new players are impossible to evolve, Edwards I’ve been with since the first day it became available, reserving it on the market and I only managed to get two copies, Mikal Bridges is the same. Putting these players exclusively on a paid basis doesn’t make sense, it will just end up becoming more scarce.

  • A: Next month, we will be introducing an event that makes it easier for players to obtain new cards. Please stay tuned!

Q: Can we add a mode where players could choose to wager their own coins and put them on the line. The winning player/team takes all the coins that are wagered.

  • A: Thank you for your suggestion. If feasible, we will consider adding a wagering system in future game modes.

Q: Kyrie Irving should without a doubt be Legendary. Especially if D. Lillard is, and I say that with all due respect. I expect to see that card in the near future.

  • A: Thanks for your feedback! In the future, we will gradually create cards representing different periods of the same player’s career, which may vary in rarity levels.

Q: I have multiple unusable items in my inventory when I tap on the players tab. For example season 1 hoop draft tickets. Can these be converted please?

  • A: Certainly! You can exchange season 1 hoop draft tickets in the in-game store.

Q: Make more common sense events. for the paris showdown events, requiring to score 300 points w SGA when he has a 540 rating is unreasonable.

  • A: We acknowledge that the Paris showdown event is quite challenging, and in the future, we will introduce events with varying difficulty levels where players can obtain new players.

Q: You guys should add some player specific challenges that can reward more copies of that card to help rank them up. The challenges could be similar to the French event going on now, but would take longer to complete. The challenges could also be repeatable, rewarding a copy of the card with every completion. These longer term challenges would make people always have a reason to play the game because there would always be challenges to grind. If this would mess up the market too much, you could always make the copies of the cards earned from these challenges unsellable. People would be able to rank up players slowly after completing long term challenges without lowering the value of the cards they are getting.

  • A: Thank you for your valuable suggestion. We agree that longer events give players more time to complete tasks, and we will consider this. The upcoming new event in S4 will provide more time for players to complete them, with tasks that are slightly easier.

Q: It’s strange that the call asking for an alley-oop pass can be seen by the opposing team.

  • A: We will consider optimizing this in future updates. Thank you!

Q: I wish the camera’s field of view could be expanded. When you’re at the 3-point line, you can’t see the opposite 3-point line, so you miss the timing to make a pass.

  • A: The player’s view of the court can be adjusted within the camera settings.

Q: I’ve heard the developer’s perspective, but a 15% tax is still too high. If you sell an R7 LeBron card, you would lose almost 10 LeBron cards to taxes. I don’t understand what this high tax rate is supposed to prevent. If you were the dev, could you sell it? This means once you buy a card, you have to use it until you quit the game. If there’s an issue, they should at least compensate with diamonds or dust equal to the tax! They made the auction system like a stock market, but if we can’t profit or sell cards, what are we supposed to do?

  • A: We understand your concern. The tax is currently the only means of controlling the gold coin circulation. If we were to remove it, players would accumulate more coins, and player prices would skyrocket, leading to a vicious cycle. Our trading system is designed to allow players to exchange unwanted players for new ones at a certain cost (tax), rather than simply leaving them unused in a storage, as is common in other games.

Q: Can you please remove the celebrations out of dynasty mode? I feel like the celebrations just come at a very poor time especially if you’re playing a close game and you score and your player celebrates leaving their man open to score and tie the game or take the lead. I had moments where this caused me the game and is very annoying, I wouldn’t mind if we were up by a substantial amount of points and they start celebrating but in close game situations or games where we are trailing it is just annoying and a set back.
